Michelin-recommended Brett is a modern European restaurant with an open kitchen in Kelvinbridge, Glasgow, designed to suit all occasions.

Guests can find home in the all-encompassing venue where the menu is produce-driven with an emphasis on zero waste.

We keep our guests and team at the heart of everything we do.  

Chef Director Colin Anderson and his team work closely with producers and suppliers to offer the highest-quality food and drinks in a relaxed environment. We offer guests the option to dine from our set menu or a la carte menu.

Alternatively, if you wish to hand over the reigns to our kitchen team, we can bring smaller dishes for a snapshot of our favourites from our current menu. Guests who choose the Chef’s Menu will have two and a half hour reservation time. All guests at the table must dine from this menu if chosen.

29th-30th of December: 6pm - 11pm

Hogmanay: 5pm - 1am

1st of January: CLOSED

2nd of January: RE-OPEN AS NORMAL
